Senior Manager - Operations

Duties and responsibility:  Operational Excellence & Client Stewardship: Oversee end-to-end operational efficiency across the designated warehouse. You will be the face of AAJ for some of our clients, ensuring that our promises translate into flawless execution.  Strategy Implementation: Collaborate directly with the senior management to implement and execute the operational strategies aligned with the organization's broader goals.  Project Management: Lead site-level continuous improvement projects by managing deliverables, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.  Iterative Betterment: Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization within different operational functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective solutions.  Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular operational research and data analysis to track facility metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership on areas for improvement.  Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale the on-ground operations team, reinforcing AAJ's culture of ownership and independent decision-making Requirements Required Skills:  Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.  Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.  Ability to plan and execute in high pressure situations.  Prompt and Proactive people manager Qualifications:  5+ years of experience in Operations. Specific experience in 3PL companies.  MBA in Operations from a Top B-school is preferable.  A strategic mind alongside the grit to be hands-on with warehouse operations.
