Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director (Strategic Market Insights and Thought Leadership) - EOX - Transformation and Optimization - Hyderabad

The Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) Associate Director owns a portfolio of transformation initiatives spanning multiple process areas, with accountability for the collective strategy, prioritization, and outcomes delivered alongside a team of Managers and Executive Managers. The role sets portfolio-level direction, resolves competing priorities across initiatives, and ensures consistent governance and delivery discipline across the portfolio. The incumbent is expected to stay hands-on and personally lead execution on select high-priority or high-complexity work, setting the standard for the team by example.

This role operates with significant autonomy, partners with senior stakeholders to shape enterprise-wide operating model, technology, and talent decisions, and is directly accountable for the performance and development of the team.

Work you'll do

As a Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director, Strategic Market Insights and Thought Leadership on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team, you will be responsible for:

Leading execution of select high-priority or high-complexity initiatives and modeling delivery standards for the team

Owning portfolio strategy, prioritization, sequencing, and capacity management across multiple process areas

Managing dependencies across teams and resolving conflicts and trade-offs to keep initiatives on track

Partnering with senior leaders on operating model, technology, automation, and talent design decisions across the portfolio

Managing, coaching, and developing Managers and Executive Managers across the portfolio

Owning portfolio governance, reporting cadences, decision forums, budgeting, business cases, and benefits realization

The team

Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) focuses on improving operational effectiveness, driving transformation execution, and enabling scalable, consistent, and high-quality outcomes across the organization. The team works across process areas to strengthen governance, improve delivery discipline, and embed more efficient ways of working, including AI-enabled support for reporting, risk visibility, action management, communications, training, and adoption.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Required:

Master's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Technology, Organizational Change, or a specified field

20+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, enterprise operations, organizational change management, operating model transformation, or program leadership

Experience managing managers

Experience leading a portfolio of initiatives across multiple process areas

Experience leading cross-geography teams

Experience developing budgets, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and benefits realization tracking

Experience using artificial intelligence, automation, or emerging technologies to support strategy and decision-making

Preferred:

Experience in professional services, enterprise shared services, or large-scale transformation environments

Experience presenting portfolio progress, risks, and outcomes to senior or executive stakeholders
