AI Integration Architect
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad
Grade: E1/E2
The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Integration Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI integrations across business applications, data platforms, and cloud environments. The role focuses on integrating AI/GenAI capabilities, LLMs, APIs, and enterprise systems to enable business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Define AI integration architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks.
Design API-led, event-driven, and data-driven integration solutions.
Integrate AI capabilities with SAP, ERP, CRM, SCM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Microsoft platforms.
Build AI-ready data pipelines supporting GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, and analytics use cases.
Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including design, prototyping, deployment, and governance.
Ensure scalability, security, compliance, observability, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with business leaders, architects, engineers, and data teams to deliver AI-led transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Cloud, AI, Integration, or Enterprise Architecture preferred.
Experience & Grade Fitment
15–18+ years of overall IT experience.
8+ years in enterprise integration, solution architecture, and cloud-based platforms.
Proven track record of delivering AI/GenAI integration programs at scale.
Strong expertise in API ecosystems, enterprise data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience in stakeholder management, solution governance, pre-sales, and delivery leadership.
Preferred Industry Experience
