The Senior HR Systems Architecture & Process Optimization Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing Sonatype's People technology ecosystem to create a scalable, AI-enabled operating model for the future. This role serves as the strategic owner of HR systems architecture, business process design, system integrations, workflow automation, and technology roadmap execution. Working closely with People Operations, IT, Security, Finance, and business leaders, this position ensures People systems support a seamless employee experience while enabling organizational scale. The role will lead Sonatype's HR technology transformation initiatives, including HR platform consolidation, AI-enabled workflow redesign, system implementation projects, vendor management, and continuous process improvement. While maintaining strong data governance practices, the role partners with the People Analytics function to ensure systems produce accurate, reliable, and accessible workforce data for business decision-making.
