Your Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Transport / Logistics Specialist with experience to manage transportation planning, execution, and optimization activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient shipment movement, cost control, and high service levels through strong coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Plan and execute inbound and outbound transportation activities

Optimize routes, loads, and carrier allocation

Manage shipments in TMS (OTM, SAP TM)

Track shipments and handle exceptions proactively

Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers

Perform freight audit and validate invoices

Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization

Prepare reports and analyse KPIs

Maintain master data accuracy

Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field

Grade B1 - 5 to 7 years and Grade A4 - 3 to 5 years of experience in transport/logistics operations

Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI or other TMS tools

Experience in all modes of transport (Air, Ocean and Road) & Warehousing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

Strong communication skills
