IT Head

IT & Information Security is responsible for leading the company's entire IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud security, compliance, IT asset management, and IT service desk operations. The role focuses on ensuring a secure, reliable, and audit-ready IT environment while managing IT teams, infrastructure, and governance across all business locations. Requirements 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Information Security. Minimum 3+ years in an IT/InfoSec leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred). Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and security compliance. Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, IT asset management, and IT service management. Experience in e-commerce or multi-location organizations is preferred. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, AWS/Azure Security, CCSP, ITIL.
