Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Engineer to join our team. The role involves working with large-scale healthcare datasets, transforming raw data into meaningful analytical models, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics by developing scalable data pipelines and delivering high-quality datasets for reporting and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. Build and optimize analytical data models to support business intelligence and analytics requirements. Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including Electronic Health Records (EHR). Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across various sources. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Develop efficient SQL queries and perform data transformations. Support reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics initiatives. Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Mandatory Skills Strong SQL and data modeling experience. Hands-on experience with ETL concepts and data transformation. Experience with Python. Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Understanding of data warehousing concepts. Experience working with large datasets and analytical solutions.
