Your Role Own end‑to‑end ALM for enterprise applications across Build, Run, Enhance, and Sunset. Lead AMS delivery , ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and predictable outcomes. Govern ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and audit compliance. Drive Agile/DevOps delivery , release cadence, and continuous improvement. Act as primary stakeholder interface , managing risks, roadmap, and financials Your Profile 12-14 Years overall experience. Strong ALM leadership with Run + Change ownership in AMS / AE models Engagement / Delivery Management (EM) – client management, governance, and financial control Proven experience managing enterprise production applications Working knowledge of .NET or SAP (either acceptable; not required to be hands‑on) Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and ITSM (ITIL) frameworks What you'll love about working here You can shape your career with us.
