Role: Business Development Executive
Handle end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels .
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
Conduct client calls, meetings, product/service demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Handle negotiation, proposal sharing, pricing discussions, and sales closure .
Manage the complete sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/ATS.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to delivery .
Experience:1-3 years
Work Location: Madurai
