Job Description Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to Lead Global RTR Delivery for a major Manufacturing client Primary Skills This person will be responsible for – • Driving timely and accurate Financial close, Consolidation and Treasury month on month • Leading a team of >100 RTR FTEs spread across the globe • Champion service delivery excellence through KPI adherence, SLA performance management, and proactive risk mitigation • Building strong client relationships to drive delivery led sales • Providing RTR subject matter expertise to the teams and client and be a Change Manager • Ensuring seamless transitions of all new scope of work • Drive governance reviews with regional and global stakeholders on close performance, exceptions, and action plans • P&L for the RTR Tower • Owning the transformation roadmap for RTR o Driving standardization, controls compliance, and continuous process improvement across global RTR operations o Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify automation and transformation opportunities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes The candidate should have a solution oriented mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition). The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business. Additional Responsibilities • Develop leadership bench strength and build a high-performing organization through coaching, succession planning, and talent development • Lead strategic capacity planning and resource deployment across locations to ensure scalability, resilience, and consistent service delivery • Establish a robust people strategy across the tower, including workforce planning, capability development, and retention of critical talent • Own financial forecasting and performance tracking for the tower, including productivity, utilization, margin improvement, and investment prioritization • Sponsor innovation initiatives by scaling best practices, digital solutions, and cross-functional collaboration across the global RTR organization • Lead conversations with the Regional CFOs to transform the ways of working leveraging new technology and existing Capgemini assets Secondary Skills He/She/They will have 15+ years of experience in RTR with a strong service delivery track record and demonstrated P&L contribution. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CA is strongly preferred This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
