Company Description:

  • As a leading global investment management firm, AB fosters diverse perspectives and embraces innovation to help our clients navigate the uncertainty of capital markets. Through high-quality research and diversified investment services, we serve institutions, individuals, and private wealth clients in major markets worldwide. Our ambition is simple: to be our clients' most valued asset-management partner.

Group Description:

  • Bernstein Advisory Services is a growing strategic advisory business serving ultra-high net worth clients and advisors across the Bernstein platform. As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive project management professional to help build operational infrastructure, support advisor engagement, and drive execution across a wide range of strategic initiatives.

  • This role requires a high degree of independence, judgment, and problem-solving capability. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal oversight, anticipate needs, and proactively drive work forward across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Given the global nature of the role, this position will operate in a follow-the-sun support model, helping maintain momentum across projects and initiatives outside of U.S. business hours.
