Senior Accountant (Mangrol)

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Mangrol, Surat Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month Experience: 3-4+ Years Industry: Manufacturing Position: Full-time, on-site About the Company We are a growing petroleum manufacturing company engaged in industrial manufacturing operations. The company operates in a process-driven manufacturing environment where strong financial controls, accurate accounting, timely statutory compliance, and proper documentation are critical to day-to-day operations. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who can independently manage routine accounting activities and statutory compliance while working closely with management, vendors, auditors, and other internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledgers, and bookkeeping. Handle GST returns, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and ledger scrutiny. Manage vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliation. Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare audit documentation. Coordinate with auditors, CA/consultants, and internal teams. Handle finalization of books and ensure accounting records are complete and accurate. Ensure timely compliance and proper maintenance of financial documentation. Requirements 3-4 years of practical accounting experience. Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, BRS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Experience in vendor payments, accounting, and audit support. Experience with finalization of books will be preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills.
