Associate Director – Industry Role Banking

About the Role: We’re seeking motivated and proactive professionals (10–15 years of experience) in Financial Services or Consulting, passionate about applying Agentic AI and first-principles thinking to transform Retail and Commercial Banking. Ideal candidates will have a solid background as a Business Analyst/Product owner, a strong understanding of banking products and processes, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. Experience in Agentic AI is a plus, but not a must-have. What’s essential is an eagerness to learn, a techno-functional mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively to deliver impactful, scalable outcomes. This role blends business analysis, solution design, and client consulting to help leading banks translate business needs into actionable AI capabilities and AI potential into measurable business value. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into AI-enabled capabilities and AI potential into measurable business value driving transformation across retail lending, deposits, onboarding, customer service, business banking, and more. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: · MBA from a premier business school · Experience working with financial institutions and understanding their challenges. · Exposure to AI-led transformation, Agile delivery, or digital banking programs · Experience in client-facing consulting roles within banking
