Job Description – React Native Mobile Performance Test Engineer Role Summary We are seeking a React Native Mobile Performance Test Engineer to evaluate the performance and responsiveness of cross-platform mobile applications developed using React Native. The role involves conducting one comprehensive round of performance testing before the application is deployed to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The engineer will identify performance bottlenecks, recommend optimization measures, and validate improvements prior to production release. Key Responsibilities React Native Performance Testing Conduct one round of performance testing before production deployment. Evaluate application startup time, screen rendering, navigation responsiveness, memory usage, CPU utilization, battery consumption, network performance, and API response times. Identify performance bottlenecks within the React Native application and recommend optimization strategies. Analyze application behavior across supported Android and iOS devices. Validate performance improvements after remediation. Prepare a comprehensive performance assessment report. Required Skills Experience in performance testing of React Native mobile applications. Strong understanding of mobile application performance metrics and optimization techniques. Knowledge of React Native architecture, JavaScript runtime, and native modules. Experience using performance analysis tools such as: Android Studio Profiler Xcode Instruments Charles Proxy / Proxyman Postman Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable optimization recommendations. Deliverables Mobile Performance Test Report with findings and optimization recommendations. Performance defect report with severity classification and remediation guidance. Re-validation report confirming successful closure of identified performance issues. Scope One round of performance testing of the React Native mobile application prior to deployment. Re-validation of fixes implemented for identified performance issues. Collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure production readiness. Engagement The engagement will be executed during the pre-release phase to ensure the React Native mobile application meets the required performance standards before deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
