- Manage end-to-end relationships with NBBL TSPs as the single point of contact • Drive partner onboarding, integration, and operational excellence • Identify new business opportunities and support ecosystem expansion • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, Risk) for issue resolution • Track partner performance, analyse KPIs, and present business insights • Ensure adherence to NBBL and RBI guidelines
