Process Specialist - Custodian

What You'll Do Understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlement, Trade capture, Trade Processing, Trade Validation and Cash transactions also Audit statements and accounting terminologies. Coordinate with RM’s and CSA (Customer Service associate) based out of US. Good knowledge of legal documents, and ability to understand the Directives for Cash and Trade on Fax and other Handwritten documents. Knowledge of different Cash transactions like WIRES, ACH, DIRECT DEBIT Mandates etc. Monitor Cash and trade and internal transfer settlement status and timely processing of activities as per timelines. Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries. Ensure Single line and multiple line events are processed within the agreed timelines and accuracy Work with CSA and clients to implement the Directives which have been received. May engage or lead change initiatives for process improvement/innovation Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong on Cash, Trade, Audit statements and legal documents as evidenced by 2-4 years of relevant experience Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management
