Sales Manager - BL (Delhi)

This role is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities for a specific Business Line (BL) within the Delhi region, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve BL sales targets and expand market share in Delhi.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
• Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the BL's products/services and their value proposition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the relevant Business Line.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Delhi market and customer landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
