Requirements Key Responsibilities Hire & Develop strong Sales Team. Lead and oversee Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories. Ensure efficient seed production planning, processing, quality, and inventory management. Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and vendor relationships. Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability across departments. Coordinate with senior management on business planning and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams. Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
