Engineer I - Field Service

Brief Job Description:

6+ yrs working experience at UPS /DC power field .

Responsible for product service and I&C Activity of Telecom Power Equipment / Systems.

Responsible for providing Technical Support, onsite service support, I&C and Planning.

Planning and timely execution of preventative maintenance of AMC equipment’s.

Troubleshooting and resolution of Product technical issues.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing system issues and concerns effectively.

Prepare detailed reports on I&C, PM and BD service visits, including issues encountered and solutions implemented.

Collaborate with the technical team to improve product design and functionality based on the site or field team feedback.

Direct customer interaction for project and service day-to-day update & tracking

Prepare detailed record of inventory ; incoming/outgoing spare parts.

Quick Learner and Result-oriented by providing quality deliverables.

Execute and co-ordinate on Multiple activities independently.

Excellent Interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively in English
