Understanding of embeddings, similarity search, and RAG patterns

Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD

Strong debugging, ownership, and communication skills

Own product features end-to-end from design and development to production

Build RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search, PGVector, or Qdrant

Integrate Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and other model APIs

Build responsive front-end features using React and TypeScript

Design and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs

Work with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, caching, and background workers

Design prompts and optimize AI token usage and costs

Implement AI guardrails, evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and observability

Implement application observability using OpenTelemetry and ELK

Contribute to Docker, CI/CD, and Azure/AWS cloud environments

Write clean, testable code and troubleshoot issues across environments
