Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources? We are looking for a talented HR Executive to join our team at Quantazone.

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
• Conduct initial screening, schedule, and conduct interviews.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
• Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
• Plan and execute effective employee engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.

Other Requirements:

• Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in hiring for sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
