STM32 or ARM Cortex-M 32-bit microcontroller firmware development RTOS experience (preferably Zephyr) and bare-metal programming Driver development for I2C, UART, and SPI CAN communication protocol Strong coding skills in Embedded C and Python Experience with ADC, GPIO, and PWM peripherals Secure bootloader and secure firmware upgrade implementation Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline management Unit testing using the Zephyr ecosystem Firmware module integration testing and debugging Good-to-Have Skills (Industrial Communication) Ethernet and Industrial Ethernet TCP/IP-based industrial protocols such as MQTT and Modbus TLS and application security implementation Good-to-Have Skills (Battery Management Systems) Battery Management Systems (BMS), including voltage and temperature monitoring State of Charge (SoC) estimation concepts Energy Management System (EMS) state machine experience Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain embedded firmware for ARM Cortex-M platforms. Design and integrate device drivers, communication stacks, and middleware. Implement secure boot, firmware update, and security features. Develop automated build, test, and deployment pipelines. Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
