GRC Specialist - AI Governance, Risk & Compliance Location: CUSTOMER-Bengaluru-Bengaluru Years of Experience: 5-8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Specialist with a strong focus on AI Governance, Risk, and Compliance within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to AI technologies. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory standards while effectively managing risks associated with AI implementations.
Develop and implement governance frameworks for AI technologies in compliance with industry regulations and standards. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Monitor and report on compliance status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in AI governance and compliance, particularly within the BFSI sector. Facilitate training and awareness programs for staff on GRC policies and procedures related to AI. Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry bodies, to ensure best practices are followed. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their implications for risk and compliance in the BFSI sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits. Preferred Skills: Certifications in GRC, such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to the BFSI sector, including GDPR, PCI-DSS, and others. Experience with AI governance frameworks and tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in GRC roles, with a focus on AI governance in the BFSI sector. Proven track record of successfully implementing GRC initiatives.
