Job Purpose:

The Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead – Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse (SAP MM/EWM) is responsible for the global ownership, optimization, and transformation of Source-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations processes. The role serves as the SAP MM/EWM Consulting Lead, providing strategic direction, process governance, solution architecture, and SAP S/4HANA transformation leadership to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant supply chain operations across the enterprise. With 12-15 years SAP Experience as BA, 8+ years SAP MM , 5+ years EWM (preferred), Multiple Rollouts, at least one S/4HANA programme.

Transformation & Governance

Act as Global Process Owner for procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.

Establish governance forums, steering committees, and design authorities.

Drive process standardization, harmonization, KPI improvements, and compliance.

Lead SAP S/4HANA and RISE transformation initiatives.

Govern AMS providers, system integrators, and strategic partners.
