Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist based in India.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist will design, develop, and support CRM solutions that help teams manage business processes and customer information effectively. This role combines hands-on technical development with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing platform improvement. You will customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, build Power Platform solutions, and develop integrations using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Microsoft Azure services. Working closely with business stakeholders and an international IT team, you will translate operational needs into scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions. You will also troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and ensure users can make the most of CRM capabilities.
