The Senior Project Manager to work on planning, execution, critical projects. Act as the primary bridge between executive leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and manage resource mapping Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide accurate financial forecasts to ensure profitability. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and senior leadership, providing high-level status updates and managing expectations. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams; provide coaching and professional development for team members Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize impact. Establish quality standards for project deliverables Identify inefficiencies in the project lifecycle and implement process improvements to boost team velocity. Experience: 16 to 20 years
