Procurement Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations for our organization.

Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved procedures.

Source suppliers, request quotations, and perform price and commercial comparisons.

Coordinate with end users to clarify technical and commercial requirements.

Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and documentation.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.

Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.

Support contract administration and renewal tracking.

Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing in coordination with stakeholders.

Assist in supplier performance evaluation and cost optimization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 2-5 years of proven experience in procurement roles.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and build relationships with suppliers

Proficiency in procurement software and in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English; knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices preferred
