Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Manager to lead and oversee insurance operations, including underwriting, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service. Key Responsibilities: Assess clients' insurance needs : Analyze coverage gaps and identify risks across property, marine, and engineering insurance. Provide tailored insurance consultation : Present suitable insurances and policy options for property, marine, and engineering coverage based on client requirements. Explain policy details : Clarify terms, conditions, and limitations of property, marine, and engineering insurance policies to clients. Manage policy servicing : Oversee renewals, modifications, cancellations, and handle related inquiries for property, marine, and engineering insurance products. Claims guidance : Assist clients through the claims process for property, marine, and engineering insurance, ensuring smooth settlements. Client relationship management : Build and maintain strong relationships, promptly resolving issues and enhancing satisfaction.
