Own team delivery, priorities, timelines, and quality.

Provide technical direction and remove blockers.

Set goals, coach engineers, and manage performance.

Coordinate dependencies and communicate risks.

Support hiring, onboarding, and team development.

1-2 years of experience in people management

3-4 years of Core development experience
