Role Overview This role is responsible for real-time monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and operational support of network and service platforms. The NOC Engineer plays a key role in ensuring network availability, SLA compliance, and timely resolution of incidents by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Monitor network, service, and application platforms using enterprise monitoring tools. • Detect, acknowledge, and correlate alarms/events while performing initial triage and impact assessment. • Create, manage, and maintain incident tickets with accurate severity classification, timelines, and documentation. • Troubleshoot network and service issues across routing, switching, access, and application layers. • Coordinate and manage P1/P2 incidents, including bridge calls, stakeholder communication, and status updates. • Escalate incidents to appropriate internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely resolution.
