Experience Range: Minimum 6+ Years Primary Skill: Java, Spring Boot, & AWS Microservices Core Focus: Agile Delivery, API Design, and Cloud Architecture Roles and Responsibilities Requirement Translation & Agile Execution: Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze customer requirements, translate them into technical specifications, break them down into structured user stories, and execute the delivery cycle within an Agile framework. Microservices Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, resilient, and secure microservices using Java 25 and Spring Boot . API Management: Architect and develop robust, clean RESTful APIs adhering to enterprise industry standards and security compliance. Cloud Infrastructure: Implement and manage serverless and containerized cloud workloads leveraging core AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS, and S3. Database Management: Write optimized, high-performance database queries and manage data consistency using both SQL databases and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB). Quality Assurance: Enforce code quality and maintain high test coverage by executing rigorous Unit Testing and integration testing practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 6 years of verified hands-on engineering experience in software development and delivery. Core Java Stack: Advanced proficiency in modern Java features ( Java 25 ) and the Spring Boot framework. Architectural Patterns: Strong experience building and deploying scalable Microservices and designing scalable REST APIs . AWS Ecosystem: Hands-on experience developing for and deploying to Amazon Web Services, specifically: Serverless: AWS Lambda NoSQL Datastores: DynamoDB Containers: ECS (Elastic Container Service) Object Storage: S3 Testing: Strong foundational discipline in writing clean, reliable unit tests. Desired / Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with or hands-on exposure to programming in Scala . Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture patterns (e.g., working with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS).
