Opportunity Overview

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Automation Testers to join our growing QA team. This opportunity is specially designed for women professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to re-enter the workforce.

This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge analytics and business intelligence products.

Understand product requirements and prepare comprehensive automation test plans and test cases

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing using automation frameworks

Identify, document, track, and validate defects

Develop and maintain automation test frameworks and reusable automation components

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions

Analyze automation test results and troubleshoot test failures

Ensure product quality, usability, and performance standards are met

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Engineering degree (BE/BTech or equivalent)

Prior experience in Automation Testing

Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC

Experience with test case creation, bug tracking, and QA methodologies

Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies

Good understanding of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage

Strong proficiency in advanced Excel is highly desirable

Experience in data validation and analytics testing is a plus

Exposure to Agile methodologies will be beneficial

Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git will be an added advantage
