ETL Developer (Senior) Experience: 4-6 Years Role Summary Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL solutions while ensuring data quality, performance, and operational stability across multiple business-critical data integrations. Scope Includes Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and integration solutions. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of ETL failures and data issues. Review and approve ETL remediation approaches. Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement ETL enhancements and medium-complexity changes. Create and maintain technical designs, mappings, and operational procedures. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Reporting teams. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior ETL developers. Support release management, testing, and production deployments. Capability Design, build, optimize, and maintain ETL processes and data integration solutions.
