About the Role We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to design, build and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions using image, text, audio and tabular data. In this role, you will design large-scale AI/ML systems end-to-end in a fast-paced environment and integrate them into existing data pipelines and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional data and engineering teams to solve complex problem statements and act as a subject matter expert on data science topics. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, computer vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP), along with a proven track record of deploying scalable models in real-world applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and implement advanced algorithms using image, text, audio and tabular data. • Design large-scale AI/ML systems end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. • Integrate AI/ML systems into existing data pipelines and systems. • Apply extensive knowledge of key metrics and terminology used in statistical analysis and machine learning. • Collaborate with cross-functional data and engineering teams to develop solutions to complex problem statements. • Act as a subject matter expert on data science topics, providing guidance and support to internal teams. • Identify areas of improvement in existing solutions. Key Skills • Strong experience in statistical analysis, Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques, particularly in computer vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP). • Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models in real-world applications. • Strong proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in TensorFlow and PyTorch. • Familiarity with key deep learning metrics and optimization techniques. • Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • 4–10 years of relevant experience, including handling very large transactional datasets across different business functions. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. • Self-starter and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with other teams. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, generative AI and related system design areas. • Ability to lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies, tools and technologies.
