Eligibility Criteria:

Male candidates only

Age: Below 50 years

Must have prior experience in the military/armed forces

Physically fit and mentally alert

Strong discipline and leadership qualities

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the boys' hostel

Ensure discipline, safety, and security of all residents

Monitor student behavior and enforce hostel rules and regulations

Maintain attendance and movement records of students

Handle emergencies and respond promptly to any incidents

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas

Coordinate with management, parents, and staff when required

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the hostel

Organize routines and maintain a structured environment for students

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hostel management or similar residential roles

Retired defense personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force) preferred

Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response
