Roles and responsibilities: 1. Place phone calls to potential clients based on enquiries received by the company 2. Through a set of questions, understand and evaluate the lead. 3. Explain to the customer about the company and its services. Influence customers to buy solar by following a prepared sale - give service and product information 4. Maintain records of the leads contacted and assign the potential leads to sales personnel through the CRM module.
