Job description
Location: Jharkhand (Fieldwork across assigned districts) Key Responsibilities: Conduct Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with government health officials at state, district, and facility levels, as well as frontline health workers. Capture detailed field notes, maintain audio recordings, and submit daily field summaries. Coordinate local travel and interview schedules across assigned districts in Jharkhand. Requirements Education Qualification: Degree or strong interest in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Qualitative Research. Skills: Languages: Mandatory fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written). Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort interviewing senior government officials and healthcare staff. Mobility: Full willingness to travel across districts (Ranchi, Bokaro, Ramgarh, Lohardaga, Dhanbad, and West Singhbhum) in Jharkhand for the 15-day duration.
