General Sales Senior Analyst

Qualification – BE Electronics / Electrical

Experience – Minimum 10Y+ in the relevant filed of project management of electrical / electronic equipment for Oil & Gas, Power Gen, T&D, Steel and Cement segment.

Should have hands on knowledge of the project execution requirement of these segment and the EPC / End User of these segment

Lead the project execution phase (Order to Invoice) in compliance with the terms of the Contract until the customer`s final approval till dispatch of the goods.

Ensure that the whole scope of work is reviewed on a regular basis with the relevant Commitment Owner to identify and resolve issues

Prepare Project Charter and Monitor the progress and drive to complete the project in given time.

Daily contact with Customer’s Project Management Team for Project progress and related issues

Manage Negotiations on change orders, claims and contractual disputes

Manage Customer complaints and close them to customer`s satisfaction

Identify and minimize all risks and maximize savings – cost optimization on the buyout items like battery, ACDB and SCVS.

Ensure Deliverables are managed as per the agreed schedule with customer.

Take overall responsibility for Project Management Processes
