Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services
Do you enjoy solving complex business problems and shaping strategic decisions for a multibillion-dollar professional services firm? We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and an interest in how geopolitical and public policy shifts affect global markets, to join Deloitte’s Global Strategy, Innovation and Public Policy (SIPP) team in India.
Work you’ll do
As a Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global SIPP team, you will be responsible for:
Leading assigned strategic projects from planning through delivery, including coordination with global stakeholders
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data — including relevant geopolitical and public policy developments — to develop strategic recommendations
Applying management frameworks to structure business issues and support decision-making
Developing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and presenting findings to internal leadership
Managing multiple workstreams while promoting knowledge sharing and strong collaboration across US/global and India teams
Monitoring geopolitical and public policy developments relevant to Deloitte’s markets, and flagging implications for the broader strategy agenda
The team
Our Global SIPP organization sits at the core of the Firm’s strategy, working closely with member firms, industries, and practice areas to shape Deloitte’s long-term global positioning. Within SIPP, the Public Policy & Geopolitics team helps firm leadership understand how geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and public policy developments impact markets, clients, and the professional services landscape. The team translates complex global developments into strategic insights and actionable implications for leadership.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration
12+ years of work experience, including 10+ years of post-Master of Business Administration experience
Experience in consulting or corporate strategy roles
Experience leading strategy projects and coordinating with global stakeholders
Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and developing strategic recommendations
Experience developing executive presentation materials and presenting to leadership
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
Experience applying public policy, geopolitical risk, scenario planning, or management frameworks to complex business issues
Experience monitoring and analyzing legislative, regulatory, geopolitical, trade, sanctions, election, and multilateral policy developments across markets
Experience promoting knowledge sharing and building working relationships across US/global and India teams
Experience mentoring junior team members
Familiarity with secondary research tools such as Factiva, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Economist Intelligence Unit, or Oxford Economics
