Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for providing the technical and analytical assistance to customers and colleagues by testing customer samples for demonstrations and prospect evaluation.

Conducting user training, seminars and workshops at office or customer locations.

Preparing detailed analysis reports for customers.

Acting as technical liaison to the sales team.

Assist in training and technical support to customers and sales team.

Research, collect and report information on the ability and capacity of AP products and competing instruments.

Having a comprehensive technical knowledge of the assigned products.

Strict adherence to all systems at Anton Paar.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Must have - interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills

High commitment to customer satisfaction

Willingness to travel throughout India

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 6 – 8 years of relevant experience

Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree
