Role Summary We are looking for a customer-focused Quantum & Cloud Solutions Engineer who can understand business challenges, design practical technology solutions, and help customers adopt modern Cloud, Quantum, AI, and Data platforms. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands-on, curious, and comfortable engaging with customers, partners, and stakeholders. This role combines solution architecture, innovation, technical consulting, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on Quantum Computing and emerging technologies. 2–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Quantum Computing & Quantum Application Development Cloud Engineering Data Engineering / Analytics Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Preferred Background Candidates must have experience working in: Cloud Architecture Quantum Computing Research or Engineering Data & Analytics Platforms AI/ML Solution Development Customer-Facing Technical Architecture Roles Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to conduct POCs and Production implementation on Cloud, Quantum, AI, and Digital Transformation opportunities. Engage customers to understand business challenges and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions. Lead discovery workshops to identify optimization, simulation, machine learning, and computational problems that may benefit from quantum or quantum-inspired approaches. Design, develop, execute, and analyze quantum circuits on simulators and quantum hardware platforms. Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstrations, and reference architectures across Quantum, Cloud, and AI domains. Design secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud. Conduct technical workshops and solution demonstrations. Design AI-powered solutions including enterprise search, knowledge assistants, RAG applications, and intelligent automation use cases. Collaborate with OEMs, hyperscalers, delivery teams, and customers to ensure successful solution adoption and delivery. Stay current with advancements in Quantum Computing, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging technologies.
Quantum Computing Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and practical applications. Hands-on experience with at least one major quantum ecosystem: IBM Quantum Amazon Braket Azure Quantum Google Quantum AI Experience with one or more quantum development frameworks: Qiskit Amazon Braket SDK PennyLane Cirq Experience designing, running, and analyzing quantum circuits on simulators and/or quantum hardware. Understanding of: Quantum Gates Quantum Circuits Superposition & Entanglement Variational Algorithms (VQE, QAOA) Quantum Optimization Hybrid Quantum-Classical Computing Quantum Machine Learning Fundamentals Error Mitigation Concepts Ability to identify enterprise use cases suitable for quantum computing, including: Supply Chain Optimization Scheduling & Routing Portfolio Optimization Risk Analysis Manufacturing Optimization Simulation Workloads Advanced Analytics Experience benchmarking, validating, and presenting quantum workload outcomes to technical and business stakeholders. Cloud Architecture Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of: Networking Security & IAM High Availability & Disaster Recovery Scalability & Reliability Monitoring & Observability Cost Optimization Ability to design production-ready cloud architectures and reference solutions. Understanding of cloud-native services, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures. Customer Consulting Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technology solutions. Experience conducting technical workshops and customer presentations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage with technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. Experience preparing technical proposals, solution recommendations, and implementation roadmaps. AI, Data & Development Understanding of modern AI and Generative AI concepts. Familiarity with: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) AI Agents MCP Prompt Engineering Embeddings & Vector Databases Enterprise AI Platforms Understanding of: Data Lakes Data Warehouses Analytics Platforms Strong Python programming skills. Ability to build APIs, prototypes, automation scripts, and technical demonstrations. Good to Have Hands-on experience running workloads on quantum hardware and comparing simulator versus hardware performance. Exposure to optimization frameworks and mathematical modeling. Experience with quantum workload execution on IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum, or Google Quantum AI. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional. Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Google Professional Cloud Architect. Experience with Kubernetes, Containers, DevOps, and CI/CD. Familiarity with Machine Learning and MLOps concepts.
