As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the full contract process, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, compliantly, and on time. This role puts you at the center of high-impact projects, partnering with leadership and stakeholders to shape outcomes and keep everything running by the book.

Insight on your impact:
Own and manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
Oversee bidding, contract issuance, change orders, and documentation to keep projects moving efficiently and audit-ready
Act as a key advisor to leadership by identifying risks, recommending contract improvements, and resolving complex or sensitive issues
Partner closely with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure University standards and timelines are met
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support internal reviews and external audits
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment while supporting the organization’s long-term success
Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
Strong ability to interpret and apply moderately complex contracts, policies, and regulations
Experience coordinating bidding processes and reviewing compliance-related documentation
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
Clear, effective communication skills across leadership, staff, contractors, and external agencies
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience leading, training, and supervising administrative staff
Strong research, documentation, and reporting capabilities
