Manager/ Senior Manager - Controlling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/ Senior Manager - Controlling to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead our financial controlling function, driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Oversee the financial controlling team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement

Develop and implement robust financial control systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders

Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance and profitability

Manage cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization across the organization

Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth audit processes

Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency

Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management for informed decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred

10-15 years of experience in financial controlling or related field, with a proven track record of success

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams

Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills

Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to present complex financial information clearly

In-depth knowledge of financial controlling principles, best practices, and Indian accounting standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
