Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Participate in talent development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of new employees. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development. Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of talent development principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience with social media recruiting strategies. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Internship or coursework related to recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
