Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
Production line in charge of overseeing Switch Gear Production at Ambernath Annex factory.
Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP.
Resource management – Human, Material
Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system)
Ensure quality products are delivered.
Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.
On the Job training to new operators.
Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.
Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
B.E / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Production.
Production management
Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP
Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.
Understanding of Lean principles.
4 to 8 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.
LV (Low Voltage) switchgear experience is Mandatory

Notice period : Immediate to 60 days
Shift working: 7am - 3 30pm , 3pm- 11pm , 11 PM -7 AM
