Billing Supervisor - Client Services (India)

The Billing supervisor– Client Services will lead and manage our India-based billing team supporting US operations. This role owns to ensure seamless execution of invoicing process, adherence to SLAs and continuous process improvements. This role involves mentoring the billing team, handling escalations, and partnering with stakeholders to improve billing accuracy, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer experience.
