Job Description: Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. ͏ Key Responsibilities Analyst will work on a wide range of projects and assignments. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on global real estate portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Sigma and Snowflake to track, analyze, and visualize key performance indicators. Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations to integrate financial and static real estate portfolio data into reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to streamline reporting workflows, validate large datasets, and uncover actionable insights. Work closely with Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and Finance teams to standardize data processes and reporting frameworks. Apply analytical tools and techniques to enhance data visualization, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency. ͏ Key Responsibilities Analyst will work on a wide range of projects and assignments.
