Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Providing strategic direction and guidance to the SOC team. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SOC. Managing the team's performance, including hiring, training, and evaluations. Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Incident Response and Threat Management: Overseeing incident response processes and ensuring timely and effective responses to security incidents. Developing and implementing incident response plans and procedures. Analyzing security events and alerts to identify potential threats. Coordinating with other teams, such as IT and legal, during incident response. Security Policy and Procedure Development: Developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations. Reviewing and updating security policies and procedures as needed.
