The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and technology management, enabling them to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Design and implement digital architecture solutions that support the transformation of insurance processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer experience. Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards in technology management. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical teams. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on architectural decisions. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in architecture and technology management within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of digital transformation processes and methodologies. Experience with life insurance or general insurance (GI) systems and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and platforms. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance sector. Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications in architecture or technology management is a plus. 10-13 years of experience in digital architecture, with a focus on the insurance industry.
