Partnership Program Manager

Location: Flexible. This role can be based in most Antler markets, with a preference for the UAE or Singapore. Remote considered for exceptional candidates in a compatible time zone.

Reports to: Partner & Head of Global Partnerships

About Antler

Antler is where founders come to go further, faster.

Antler is the world's most active early-stage investor, backing exceptional people at the very start of their journey and supporting them from inception to scale. Across 27 cities worldwide, including New York, San Francisco, London, Berlin, Bangalore, Singapore, Seoul and Sydney, the firm helps founders remove the barriers to building by connecting them with world-class peers, validating business models, and providing initial capital.

To date Antler has backed more than 2,000 startups globally supported by a structured investment process and a global network of advisors and domain experts.

The role

We are looking for a Partnership Program Manager to own cross-functional alignment and delivery across our expanding group of partners, spanning AI and technology, banking, service providers, strategic investors, economic development groups and community programs. Our most recent partnership runs across every market we operate in, and this role owns its delivery first.

This is a program management role first, business development and partnership expansion come second. Each partnership carries a defined annual work plan: a schedule of founder-facing sessions, masterclasses, co-building workshops and ecosystem events across markets, structured feedback from our founder community, and quarterly reporting to both sides. Delivery is measured against a scorecard and milestones, and commercial terms are tied to it. You will own those scorecards end to end.

You will sit in the Partnerships team and work across Platform, Portfolio, Marketing, Tech, and the regional teams in every market where our partnerships run. Externally you are the day-to-day counterpart to partner engagement and marketing leads.

Responsibilities

Own the annual delivery plan for each partnership across all markets, holding the schedule, owners and status for every committed deliverable

Run quarterly partner reviews: prepare the data, present performance against the scorecard, and agree actions

Maintain a single source of truth for delivery, participation and adoption metrics across the partnership portfolio

Coordinate the founder-facing programming calendar with regional teams, and drive attendance against committed minimums where a market is tracking behind

Own the structured feedback and product evaluation workstreams, including partner surveys and the quality of what is submitted

Coordinate co-marketing with the Marketing team, including partnership content, event branding, newsletter placement and announcement moments

Requirements

4 or more years in partnership delivery, program management, alliance management, customer success or a comparable operating role, ideally with a large enterprise counterparty

Demonstrated ownership of a multi-workstream program with external reporting obligations and fixed deadlines

Strong operating discipline: you build the tracker, you chase the owners, and you know the status without having to ask

Comfortable holding internal stakeholders to their commitments, across time zones and without direct authority

Credible with partners' senior stakeholders, including when the numbers are not flattering

Data-literate and a clear writer: able to build and defend a reporting pack, and to make complex delivery legible to people who were not in the room

Not essential, but nice to have:

Experience with or inside a major technology platform, cloud provider or enterprise partner program

Experience in venture capital, accelerators or startup ecosystem organisations

Experience as a founder or early operator at a venture-backed company

Working proficiency in a second language relevant to our priority markets

What Antler offers

The opportunity to be part of a growing global business, see the impact of your work day to day, and join our mission to back the world's most driven founders from day one. Along with that, you will:

Shape the direction of Antler locally and across geographies, on a platform that builds and invests in hundreds of companies every year

Grow your network and understanding of the startup, VC and innovation space, supported by a personal L&D budget

Flexible working hours, 4 weeks remote working per year, birthday days off and Summer Hours

A competitive salary and incentives
